Golf has previously been viewed as a sport which requires little or no physical conditioning in order to be competitive either at amateur or professional level. However, when examining the demands placed upon the body and the trends of injury, together with the mechanisms that cause them, it is clear that physical conditioning is paramount to prevent injury and enhance performance.

At Shandon Park we are delivering coaching programs incorporating the use of physical training and scientific equipment to help improve the performance of our members and guests alike. The indoor performance suite boasts two studios equipped with practice nets, launch monitor, 3D motion capture, four large televisions, a sports massage area and gym equipment to benefit all players from junior to senior.

We offer completely customised coaching programs using state-of-the-art equipment and unique training methods to lower your scores and take your game to the next level.

We use the most advanced technology in the golf world to analyze and improve all facets of your game. You will have the opportunity to use the world renowned 4D Motion capture system, V1 golf swing analysis program and benefit from a TPI golf specific fitness appraisal ensuring the optimum body-swing connection.
